Legislation seeks to protect veterans' Second Amendment rights |
|

Appropriations Act of 2024 temporarily afforded veterans with fiduciaries their Second Amendment rights. That temporary policy is set to expire on March 14, 2025, if a permanent legislative fix is not put in place.
