Troops get paid as shutdown becomes a ‘kitchen-table crisis’

More than a dozen advocacy groups for military members and veterans joined forces urging Congress to pay troops on time and pass legislation that protects veterans, service members, and their families from the impacts of the federal government shutdown. Advocates on Tuesday demanded a permanent solution through legislation that ensures troops will continue to be paid during a shutdown.

"Woods & Woods did an outstanding job with my case. Prior to contacting them, I was working on my claims by myself for over 10 years. It seemed as if I had a hid a wall and couldn’t get around it.

Woods & Woods got my claim approved and I finally was awarded the benefits that I honestly believe I was entitled to. If any veteran is struggling or having difficulties with their claim, I recommend for you to reach out to Woods & Woods. They will review your case and give you their professional opinion. Every staff I interacted with was friendly and very courteous."
