Vets may see a small cost-of-living boost next year

A watchdog group has suggested veterans may see an increase of less than 2.6% in their VA disability payments in 2025. The prediction comes from officials of the Senior Citizens League, though an exact number will not be announced until later in the year. Each year, cost-of-living adjustments affect changes in both SSDI and VA disability checks. If the prediction is accurate, this would be the smallest increase in benefits since before the COVID-19 pandemic.
